I bought the pneumatic nailer and was glad I did. Fitting and putting

down the flooring was simple but it was very hard on my back. I could work a few hours and then needed a break just to stretch, lie on my back, etc. I do not have any history of back problems and none since but this just killed me. 400 sf is a big area and LR/DR and asymmetrical make me imagine a fair amount of trimming and fitting which means up and down.

If you can buy a Harbor Freight or similar nailer for the price of a few days rental I would highly recommend it

That's no problem. I'll just use my lumber stretcher. ** -- Tafkam Hokie 04/26/2016 09:57AM
